First of all, I would like to thank British English Board and INTESOL Turkey for this well-structured course. The courses are well planned, the advisor is very quick to answer, give feedback and if you have problems/mistakes, kindly nudge you in the right direction. This journey was not like a course for me but more like a fun exercise with friends. Tutors, advisors and everyone involved with INTESOL always responds and puts the course needs in the front seat. This was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. And I would like to thank Mr Martin and Can for their continuous support throughout the course. I was graduated from business school. However, I wanted to change my career pattern recently. From the beginning to the end, my TESOL course with British English Board and INTESOL Turkey was an invaluable experience for me! When I first heard about the TESOL certificate programme, it was a little bit confusing for me to decide and find the right institution to apply. However, after I began classes with INTESOL Turkey I have felt very relaxed because the instructors are very helpful and the topics are organised just to be both entertaining and informative. Actually, I had to complete the programme as soon as possible, I only had like three months. So, in the end, I was able to complete it in a very short time. An excellent programme – I learnt a lot. I had been teaching for some time when I was advised to enrol in a TESOL programme and therefore felt I had very little to learn. I had learned basic English from my early childhood schooling and got further improvements until the end of high school classes in Pakistan. Then I moved to Canada and studied for a few years in college and universities in Health Sciences. Therefore my English writing, listening and speaking skills had incredibly improved. However, I had never thought about teaching English until I came to Turkey and learned I need a "Tesol" certification as a requirement. I got a little upset in the beginning as I thought I didn't need any further education on English. But once I started I TESOL, it was a very different learning experience thinking myself in the placement of a Teacher. I felt the deeper invisible responsibilities a teacher could have and this course throughout helped me getting a step by step understanding many concepts related to teaching English in a very simplified fashion. I learned various methods of teaching particularly the innovative and natural ways of teaching which I had always desired from my own teachers which they never adapted, unfortunately. English has always been my number one passion which I take everywhere I go all my life. Throughout my professional life, I’ve had the chance to use it as much as possible in addition to my own enthusiasm.
